Listn Base
The operating system for a label — roster, releases, royalties, contracts, campaigns — and the identity layer tying the group together.

Music, film, television, publishing, and gaming. We own the software, hold the rights, and move the catalog so the people who made the work keep more of what it earns.
What we do
Every brand in the portfolio plugs into all four.
We design and ship the software the industry actually works in — artist and label management, sync licensing, live booking, mastering. Built in-house, owned outright, and run as products rather than internal tooling.
Recorded music, film, television and digital publishing delivered worldwide — with the reporting and royalty accounting attached, not sold separately.
Compositions and masters administered end to end — registration, collection, sync placement and print. Nothing sits uncollected because a split was never filed.
Audience analytics, performance marketing and the infrastructure underneath all of it — turning consumption data into decisions about what to sign, release and push.
Our own companies are the first customer of every one of them. That is why they survive a release week.

Label operations →Claim-free sync licensing and publishing. Supervisors license without a rights investigation; writers get registered and collected against.
Publishing & sync →Bookings, clients, sessions, invoices and tax records in one place — built for studios that would rather be tracking than reconciling a spreadsheet.
Listn Studio →Booking and touring infrastructure. Offers, holds, advances, routing and settlements where the calendar already lives.
Live & touring →Console-grade mastering in a browser. No install, no session fee, no waiting on a studio diary.
Audio Mastering →Worldwide delivery to every major service, with reporting that goes back to the rights holder rather than staying with the platform.
Global delivery →Why it works
We are a holding company. We build and own entertainment technology, develop entertainment brands, and distribute digital media worldwide. Music Label Group is our music and rights operating company; other divisions cover licensing, publishing and distribution.
They are the core of the business. Our platforms exist because the tooling available to independents was fragmented, expensive and rarely talked to itself.
It varies. Some are service relationships — distribution, administration, platform access. Others are long-term alliances where we take a position and stay involved. We will tell you which fits after we have seen the catalog and the plan.
Both. Master distribution without composition registration leaves money uncollected, so we do the two together rather than selling one as an upsell.
Tell us what you have built and where it is stuck. You will get a straight answer about whether we are the right partner for it.
